A one-year warranty against manufacturing defects is provided for the products covered by the warranty service. This warranty applies to all essential product components, including the main control unit, motor connector, wiring harness, and motors. A 30-day warranty is also provided for consumable components, including the battery (with a consumer warranty deducting the cost of consumption from the date of receipt and priced according to spare parts pricing), the actuation button, and any other consumable parts in direct contact, without any liability on our part. The warranty does not cover: defects in use, consumable goods according to the usage instructions, the charger, the media player, breakage, or any other type of damage due to misuse. The warranty is only valid upon receipt of the product or upon attempted repair or damage without contacting us. Service is available at our location only. For spare parts, exchange and return policies apply. Thank you for your understanding.

Products can be returned free of charge within 14 days, and up to 30 days for defective products, provided that the defect and replacement are reported within 24 hours of receipt.

When returning a product, please ensure that all accessories included with the order are present and in their original condition. The product must be in its original condition as received, without any scratches or signs of use. Please note that electronic products cannot be returned if the buyer changes their mind.

After confirming your purchase, we will ship and send the product via your chosen method, either through our shipping representative or via Amana Express.

Shipping Methods

Amana Express: This service guarantees delivery to your address within 3 to 7 days to major destinations.

Mango Express: Our store contracts with a network of shipping representatives in various cities who deliver products within 1 to 3 days using a private car. Delivery to Cairo and Giza costs 250 EGP, and to other governorates costs 350 EGP, including an invoice and warranty certificate. This service is available for large ride-on products only.

Shipping fees are payable if the product is not received, even if shipping was initially free. Thank you for your understanding.

For shipping to Upper Egypt governorates, shipping fees must be paid in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
